Booking a Trip

1. Decide on trip dates.
Contact us to check on availability of the dates you would like to book, at 541-757-7167

2. Send your deposit.
We require a 50% deposit per person in order to reserve your date. Please make checks payable to Caster's Guide Service.

*** Trips booked within 30 days of the trip date require full payment.

3. We will send you a pre-trip information packet.
The packet will contain the following:

• Confirmation of your reservation
• Details of the trip, such as meeting times and directions
• Suggested equipment list
• Acknowledgment of risk form

4. Final payment.
Send the balance of your trip payment within 30 days prior to your trip date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received over 90 days prior to the trip date will receive a full refund. Trips canceled between 30 and 90 days prior to the trip date will receive a 50% refund of the trip cost. Payments are non-refundable within 30 days of the trip date.

Non-Performance

We reserve the right to cancel trips for unsafe water and weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In these cases you would receive a full refund.
